Last night, after my friend had a car crash, him and another friend me quit WoW. Im not sure how I got so addicted. or even if I was addicted.. all i know that it took to much time away from my life, not that that mattered to be as I was havign so much fun.
To those out there still playing WoW. If you play, play casually. If you have WoW friends, thats cool.. but RL friends are better. If you find yourself thinking about what you might miss on WoW before deciding whther or not to do something QUIT WOW. Oh and, this is just a stereo type i have as im 17yrs old, but IF YOU HAVE A WIFE OR KIDS and play more than 5hrs a week in total, the ones you love are going to be severly disadvantaged.
My account was leel 70, had t5 and well on the way to full s4. Howeever it hit me.. its all just one big highjump after another, the second you reach that height blizzard riases the bar, and your just left to spend more time grinding and grinding. I have exams in 2 weeks, then externals 10weeks later, which now after quitting WoW i will be able to do very well.
Id like to say tho, I didnt get fat, ddint lose friends, didnt drop out. But I could have done better ie goine from B Average to A average if I ddint play WoW.
